Who Are We?

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals, who through shared experience, strength and hope, are recovering from compulsive eating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively. There are no dues or fees for members; we are self supporting through our own contributions, neither soliciting nor accepting outside donations. OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology or religious doctrine. We take no position on outside issues. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive eating and to carry this message of recovery to those who still suffer.

The Cincinnati Intergroup represents meetings from Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties in Ohio, and Kenton, Campbell and Boone Counties in Northern Kentucky.

Saturday 10:30am West Chester Meeting in Needs a Baby Sitter for approximately 1 hour. The pay is $10/Saturday if there are 0 children and $15/Saturday if there are children present. Please contact Joyce J. (msjoyce1967@yahoo.com) or Bev M. (Bevbruce47@aol.com) if you know any teenager who is 16 years or older and interested in the position. Please consider neighbors and any church members.

Monday, July 5 is a US National Holiday. At present, the following groups will/will not meet:

• Monday 10 AM Fairfield group WILL NOT MEET.
• Monday 10 AM Hyde Park group WILL MEET, but not at the Hyde Park Methodist Church. They will meet at the Church of the Redeemer, corner of Erie and Paxton. Park on street. Enter by the door on Paxton.
• Monday 11:30 AM Cold Spring group WILL NOT MEET.
• Monday 7 PM Lebanon “Full Steam Ahead” WILL NOT MEET. (new)
• Monday 7 PM Union Kentucky group WILL NOT MEET. (new)
• Springdale 7 PM Read & Discuss group WILL MEET AS USUAL.
